★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A favourite noodle shop for Xindian locals. The noodles are unique in the sense that I've not had that flavour elsewhere. Although very pricey for what it is, it's still packed full of returning customers. That's a good indication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see a lot of people complaining about the price. Yes, a bit more than the average noodles, but also far better than average! I've tried dozens of beef noodle shops during my time in Taiwan and I can say without hesitation that Nan Chuan is the best I've had. I haven't had everything on the menu yet, but so far my favorite items are the hot and sour dry noodles and the hun dun (wonton) soup. Worth a trip to Xindian just to eat here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most delicious traditional Chinese food you can find in taiwan, the spice and the sauce is very delicious, although is very very SPICY! Strongly recommend the 紅油抄手,SPICY tasty and will worm you up!
好吃到發瘋，辣椒超讚，可是這家是重口味，不過食材很乾淨調理非常好吃。
