Z	ZiYing LI (ZiYing) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約了下午的回診，到了現場被告知前面的病患還沒有診療完，要稍等一段時間，等了大概30分鐘以上，詢問櫃台人員說下一位就輪到我了，立刻被帶往樓上診療椅上繼續等待，又等待了將近半個小時，才終於輪到我看診，整個花費了1個半小時以上才看診，但是沒有人有任何一句的抱歉。另外，每次預約回診的時間，都沒有告知會是不同的醫生，直到躺上診療椅上，才發現是不同位醫生，換過了3位不同醫生，感受很差。 I made an appointment for a return visit in the afternoon. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I asked the staff at the counter that it was my turn and was immediately taken to the building. I continued to wait on the diagnosis and treatment chair, and waited for nearly half an hour before it was finally my turn to see the doctor. It took more than an hour and a half to see the doctor, but no one had any apologies. In addition, every time I made an appointment for a return visit, I didn't tell me that it would be a different doctor. I didn't find out that it was a different doctor until I lay down on the diagnosis and treatment chair. After changing to 3 different doctors, I felt very bad.

When i finally arrived at the clinic (almost 1hr late), they told me to just wait for a few minutes and i was immediately see the doctor (this is weekday). The nurses were kind and can speak english! The doctor was very gentle and patient when cleaning the teeth, it barely hurts. The doctor also inform me about cavities and help me to fill the cavities right away. All for 150 NTD (using the NHI card). I'm so happy with the service and if i could, i would definitely come back. Thank you!
