★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天再美仁心做「岩盤浴」，排排毒，很輕鬆，只是今日的養生粥有點太甜了，才排毒完又把毒（糖類）吃進去，加上是滿滿的碳水化合物，在體重管理的我，真是又愛又恨，吃也不是，不吃又準備好了，美中不足，以前的有蛋白質的養生餐比較優?
