Value for money. Have swimming, Hot room, steam room, hot springs, water spa and more over.

It was easy to find my way through the swimming pools. They had english signs and boards. Most of the people know basic english and if not, pointing and making gestures was the way to get through.
I did feel a little uncomfortable wearing a bikini because that was not common there.
There are many different swimming pools e.g. for kids, for learning, massages, hot springs and a 50m-pool; I really enjoyed the 50m-pool, because I never saw one before.
There are many lifeguards watching over the area, so you feel quite safe. They periodically test the water to ensure a clean environment.
I had a lot of fun!
P.S. you have to wear a swimming cap. They sell them there for 60NT.
