當下真的很痛，可是療程結束背部肌肉活動都有明顯改善。
第二天些許地方按了會痠痛，第三天整個人都輕鬆了很多，徹底活動自如，也沒有痠痛不適了，整個身體都變舒服了。
下次還有去向上市場會讓人想再次預約的地方。
