1/25剪髮被告知,過年期間收費有漲一些,當下覺得奇怪,怎麼沒有告示牌說明。不過洗剪是升級版也算服務周到,也就沒有追究。 回家後上斯朵利官網查詢,赫然發現官方標榜「春節期間不漲價」,這代表分店資訊有落差。當然我自己沒有任何損失,只是事後感受非常糟糕。 上來看評論發現,其他客戶有同樣遭遇,那就不是單一個案了。業績是一時的,信用才是永久的。許多人住在楠梓車站這一帶,都是你們長期的客源。店家若能用心經營,客人一定會有賓至如歸的感覺。 無論如何,很遺憾你們損失一位長期穩定的忠實客戶。店裡設計師們固然年輕氣盛,但也要知道做生意目光也得看得長遠,才能創造好的口碑。不給一顆星是對店家最後的溫柔,再見了。
