今天體驗淋巴按摩加岩盤浴,由於第一次來做的時候的按摩師,非常的棒,促使我們來第二次。 然而這次前來的體驗並沒有第一次好。據說是店長的那位小姐,我覺得非常不適合接待客人。 在剛開始我們跟對方說我們有預約全身按摩時,他們說整個療程都是得附加岩盤浴的。 但我們之前就有來過,那時候的按摩師和我們說可以選擇沒有岩盤浴的。 於是我們跟店長反應,但店長反應一定得加岩盤浴,不能不做。 店長還說那是我們自己在預約之前沒有提前跟他們說不要岩盤浴,所以現在沒有兩位按摩師,這樣子根本沒辦法做。 好的,這部分我認了,就算店長口氣不太好,但我們都可以理解這部分沒有溝通好,所以有些誤會很正常。 我們跟她說,我們可以一個人等,另外一個不做岩盤浴就好。卻被嚴重的拒絕,說一定得做。而且兩個人在明明旁邊有空床的情形下,被迫分開做療程。 我想請問一下,所以客人是不能自己選擇適合自己的療程是嗎?自己的身體,自己應該最明白。而不是你學了相關知識,你就是最厲害的。你可以給與我們專業的建議,但這只是建議。不代表你可以幫我們做決定,而且明明就有其他方法解決,比如說打電話給休假的按摩師,問問看有沒有人願意過來幫忙。而且我們在訂位時就有表示過我們是一起的兩位,那為什麼還要把我們分開呢? 你連這些動作都沒有,就跟我們說不可以,一定要配岩盤浴加上按摩才是最好的選擇。好到這裡我們也忍了。 那請問我朋友因為身體不適,反應石頭太燙希望降溫,你們為什麼不調整?不調整還要說不舒服很正常,因為你全身上下都是水腫,然後一直說怎麼能水腫的這麼厲害,你都不運動嗎?你一定得運動,你不流汗才會水腫那麼誇張。 我希望店長可以了解一下,不是每個客人都能接受你的接待態度。雖然你是為客人著想,但是並不是所有人都可以接受你這樣的態度。 而我朋友也表示她的不愉快,在這樣的狀況下,你還要向她推銷你們的課程,你明白你這麼做是在把客人像外推嗎? 然後輪到我的時候,卻又因為我的家族有心臟疾病,本身看過醫生都是不需要藥物控制非常正常的。卻一直調低我的岩盤浴溫度。我都跟你反應,我做過很多次按摩,都是沒有不舒服的,你卻一直覺得我隨時會發病一樣,一直不斷調低我的溫度,這讓我很不開心。 在最後結帳的時候,又因為可能有類似的確診足跡,以及詐騙電話(偽裝警政署的電話打過來),那位店長就開始慌張的說,哇~那你害慘我們了,這樣我們也會被框列什麼的。那我們動作快一點,趕快留言評五星好評,全部轉發。最後說零錢也要用酒精消毒,你們呆了這麼久消毒也沒用了。 說真的,我非常疑惑,以這種接待方式,到底是怎麼當上店長的呢? 就連按摩師的接待都比店長好,而店長卻完全不會按摩,只是會管帳而已。 貴店讓一個完全不懂得接待以及按摩相關知識的人當店長,真的讓人非常堪憂,希望如果之後有再跟貴店預約,至少在接待方面能有所改善。 真的沒有一個人願意花錢買氣受,謝謝。 其實這家店除了店長的接待讓人非常不滿意以外,還是很棒的。會適時的給客人補充水分,再加上有利循環的檸檬水。 整個環境都很乾淨,可惜梳子不是能夠按摩頭皮的那種。 我只能說,我的五顆星是看在第一次前來受到的待遇所打的。 如果下次有機會再前往貴店,希望能夠恢復成第一次的水平,謝謝。

沛沛 Was very kind a friendly. She was very forgiving of the language barrier, and checked in with me periodically to make sure that everything was okay, the pressure was good, etc. They also accommodated us as a walk-in, which was very nice! Great experience =)
