My nails look great... unfortunately we booked an appointment for 3, with 2 wanting manicures and pedicures with leg massage and 1 fingernails only. We didn’t get full pedicures so they didn’t clean the dead skin on our feet at all, they apologized and said sorry! They put nail polish on our feet before they massaged our legs... then only 1 specialist tried to do 2 people’s finger nails at the same time! We booked the appointments for 10:30 and they finished doing our nails at 4 pm!!! Absolutely no way should it have taken this long. We weren’t offered water or a coffee or tea while they worked on us, and after 5 1/2 hours later, we were starving and thirsty. Not very professional at all.
