★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度差，我在8/11晚上9:30前入店，等到我洗時已是10:16，當我告知設計師我要洗什麼方案的洗髮時，那時這位設計師居然說，快10:30了，很晚了，妳可以隨便洗個比較簡單的嘛？那時，我瞬間傻眼……什麼？我等了這麼久，妳居然告訴我因為妳們要打烊了，所以要我隨便洗個簡單的……試問：我並不是10:00進店的白目客人，而且我也問過妳們，要等很久嘛？洗頭而已，妳們的回答是，不會啊…要等一下……居然，是這樣的服務態度，妳們可以不接，但是不要讓客人等了之後才又限制客人要洗什麼樣方案的洗髮……這樣的感覺超級無敵差勁！爛爆了！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 造型師的技術真的爛，現在這個年頭有點技術就能當造型師嗎？我真的不懂看著圖都能剪壞，見過菜的，沒見過這麼菜的，不會剪換一個職業好嗎？不要出來禍害別人???
這店裡環境還行，收費也蠻划算的，唯一的敗筆就是造型師技術不行，就這造型師的技術店家不倒真是奇蹟了???
如果你真的要來，請好好思考一下，能接受滿肚子怒火的，你就去吧！

以往去別家日式威廉洗髮都是洗160基本的，洗完雖然有小打結但服務人員梳開的力道都可忍受不至於不舒服，吹完整體造型也都不錯。
只有今天去這家，說頭髮太乾不能洗160，強迫選加髮膜的210元洗髮。過程不知道何時有上過髮膜，梳開過程整個打結非常嚴重，服務人員用力梳開也不顧客人感受。
不知道為何多花錢反而效果更差，洗完頭皮痛痛的，以後不敢再去這家了⋯
