I went there looking to see if they cold get Microshifter brake-shift levers for my road bike. They got thumb shifters for my old mountain bike and it was no problem. So I walked in and asked about Microshift R9. They said they did not have them in stock, and would have to order. I said, "Fine. How long would it take?" They asked the owner and the jerk said he cannot order them and I should just buy Shimano. What a jerk!! Here they had no problem getting Microshift levers before now it is a problem. EVen though the company is about 20 minute drive away from his store, the owner said they cannot order them. ANd this was a Taiwanese brand he did not want to get. The owner was pushing SHimano, a Japanese brand. Gee, wonder if the owner was getting some sort of "incentive" from Shimano to sell their products. Screw this store! I was able to get a hold of the Campagnolo rep and he is working with me to get Campy Chorus 11-speed groupset....
