★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常落後。都什麼年代了還在需要一堆手寫文件簽名蓋章。用過其他集運或是國外購物網站全部都是線上EZWAY就可以,唯獨這家就是要印出文件手寫,這種落後的感覺真的會讓人很不放心把個資交給他們。動作又很慢,美國貨運都寄到他們倉庫了,還要過個三四天才知道有收到。如果你是習慣現代科技的人,強烈建議不要使用這家,從頭到尾所有程序都會激怒你。
我用myus.com 從頭到尾速度更快 不用任何紙本文件,還只花大概一半的費用。

This kind of backward feeling really makes people feel very worried about handing over personal information to them. 我其實用蠻久的,但現在送貨速度越來越慢,資料要填一大堆之外,收關稅不接受刷卡跟隨包裹收費,堅持一定要用匯款的,非常不方便。回應也都冷冰冰。
不考慮再用這間代運了。

如果裡面沒有電池 也沒有做任何服務包裹整併的費用是不算的
這一次我只有 一個包裹 裡面也只有 幾張照片 沒有整併的必要 連最小的才積都不到 才幾公克的東西
就算我不小心勾了包裹整併 他們為了要賺到100塊直接把我那一個小小的包裹 拆開來 把裡面保護商品的泡泡紙拿掉
換成一個極醜的小盒子 我的內容物甚至沒有巴掌大
在付款前打電話給客服 問是否可以重新估價 他們只是一直強調我有勾整併 我問他們那有什麼好整併的 也把之前確認電池的經驗告訴他們 結果 他們只是一直跟我說我有勾整併 就必須付錢 無法重新估價
OK 這筆錢我付了
也直接把我之後 要來台灣的兩個包裹改我家的地址 以後就算運費再貴 我也不會用他們家的服務了
如此不會為願客著想的公司 很抱歉 比你好的多的是 這間我不推

首先,要提供一大堆資料給該集運公司,有些其實不一定需要的(問過別家集運公司及關務署確認是不一定需要),個資有洩露之虞。但若不提供給該公司,東西就被扣在他們手上。
其次,內部管控不佳,東西已寄達倉庫數天,一直說沒收到!明明在該公司系統上填的商品、寄送地址、收件人等資料都完全正確,還辯稱可能是店家寫錯...(都電腦化了,誰還在用寫的),要顧客自行提供簽收單才要處理。簽單提供後,隔日馬上說收到了...(查看簽單上簽名處根本是亂簽一條線而已,若無法提供是不是就自己認栽?就我所知,美國Covid19之後,送貨很多已經沒有在簽名了,除非是東西常不見的地址)
最後,客服服務很差,只會跳針重複講同樣的話,不會針對問題處理,找一堆理由說東西沒收到,之前說過的後來又不承認。
總之,再也不會委託這家公司了!!!

In the end, the customer service is very poor. They only repeat the same words over and over again, and do not deal with the problem. They find a lot of reasons to say that they have not received the item, and they do not admit what they said before.

但最近才發現過去將近一年來,他們會多收運費,如果他們少收郵局的運費,還會要你補錢,但多收卻不退錢。以前整併都還不錯,但有次很明顯是他們作業疏失沒整併好,但他們不會自我檢討改進,會把責任推到顧客,出貨賣家,這樣的態度很讓人失望。廣告做這麼大有什麼用,卻沒有好好經營現有顧客。
如果想要使用這家集運服務的人,請先想清楚跟做好心理準備,若沒出問題,那就皆大歡喜,若出問題了,他們的態度會讓人失望,且很官方回覆,沒解決到問題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為已經一年多沒回台灣了,看到這家的廣告就想說用看看。我覺得一切都很快:下單之後馬上進會員專區建立包裹還有填資料,等到所有想買的東西都下單之後就把所有包裹集起來建立成一個委託單,附上報關需要的表單送出審核。隔天我就收到回覆審核通過,客服也通知收到所有包裹之後整併完成會報價。價格我覺得很ok,因為自己去寄也就差不多是這樣。我付款完之後包裹馬上就安排出貨了。星期五從台灣寄出,下個禮拜四就收到了。我在六個店家買了不少東西,但是他們商品整併地非常好,所有東西都拆開放好,該保護的也都保護得很好,中間如果有任何問題,用Line聯絡客服也很快收到回覆。很高興發現這家,下次想要大採購的時候還是會使用他們的服務!
