T	TC Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy cafe on the forth floor and glass demo studios on other floors, dessert and drinks are pretty nice. There are also a balcony area so you get to enjoy your coffee, fresh air and greenery from the Hsinchu park itself. Interestingly enough the cafe has various Taiwanese local brand collabs throughout their menu from time to time which is a pretty smart marketing move.(The chiffon cake is from a cafe called Mugeneration in Chiayi famous for their handmade dessert, and the ice cream they use is from NINAO Gelato in Tainan, anyways you get the picture?)
