★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, large rooms with private hot spring. Extremely friendly staff. Great public bath, too. A nice ten minute walk from the old town, but stores and restaurants are close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the luxury model room which is within our own hot spring and cold spring. It is fully equipped and everything is nice. The only thing that was not satisfied is the food, there is a room can be improved to the breakfast.

This place is badly in need of a renovation. (The excuse that the management gave me for the sorry state of the room.)
Paint and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Burnt out lights. Stained tiles. Windows not cleaned.
Air conditioner not cleaned for months.
Smoking areas outside either sides of the building so couldn't open either of our dirty windows.
Poor air quality in our room: 120~145.
Hot springs water was clean enough and hot at least.
Right on the main road so the noise from cars, busses, scooters and motorcycles ripping up and down the hill kept us awake late and woke us up early.
Definitely not deserving of the 4 star rating that Trip Advisor gave it or the 14th out of 149 local hotels rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for one night while visiting Wulai District, what a view! We got free breakfast vouchers and one entrance to the indoor hot spring during our stay. It was nice having our own private baths in the room as well. What a nice, relaxing getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, beautiful area, nice big room with a nice bathtub you can have a private hot spring bath.
The public spa was a bit small, but there were not many people at the time, so no problem.
The free breakfast was okay.
I enjoyed the short trip to the spa.
This area is only for hot springs/sight seeing I can say. Because there is nothing to do around.
You can walk about 10 mins to get to the area has street food, but even though it was not too late time, most of them were closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What used to be a favorite spot of mine to go to I was met with horrific service for the first time. I usually don’t write any bad reviews but this should be noted.
Staff service was horrific and deceiving. I understand it’s hard to have every staff trained well but when we called management to tell them our problem it was clearly ignored and brushed off. Hence why I give it a one star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel. The view room is big, everything is clean. The pool fits two people for a romantic bath. Bed is comfortable. The view of the damp and the river is very beautiful. One free entrance to their public naked spa which is a must do : very clean, 5 pools from 17°c to 44°c. Bus stop just 3 min walking. Old street 10min walking. Breakfast is over average (but the orange juice is too sweet).

Due to covid, I was self isolated for 15 days in the '烏來集中管理區'. After self isolation, I was planning to go to this hotel for the other 7 days 'self health management period'. However, after learning that I was coming from '烏來集中管理區', they asked me to cancel my booking because "I suppose to self isolate for the other 7 days at home". (from one of hotel staff's husband experience). I was shocked by their explanation, and soon I called 'Taiwan Center for Disease Control' to check if I can live in the hotel during 'self health management period'. Basically, I am allow to live like normal people during this 7 days 'self health management' period. Hence they have no right to cancel my booking due to the fact i just finish my 15 days self isolation period.
Maybe they are great hotel, however, their attitude toward those people from abroad are very unprofessional. Please avoid!
