★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great that you can walk from the MRT exit to this salon within 5min. This is a salon that has been running for over 15 years. However, the hairdresser turnover rate is high. You have to try and see which one can do your hair nice and stick with him or her, but chances are the hairdresser might be gone in less than a year.
This place can be quite busy even for weekday afternoon. Reservations are almost a must. Yet I waited 30min to finally have a seat, and the process of hair cut, shampooing, and a 10min hair treatment at the shampoo station took 2 hours.
