★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! This place deserves a Michelin star more than some of the Michelin one/two star restaurants I've been to. Each dish was very creatively and thoughtfully put together. Great presentation and taste! Service and ambience were both excellent. Will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tough rate. pretty much a representation of cha cha menu in a more spacious location but lacking matching decor. some good thoughts behind each dish however pretty unchanged over time, flavor tends to be singular and boring, possibly due to subpar line chef execution. still very decent western food in kaohsiung but quite a distance from where stsge5 is advertising it is.
2021, horrible revisit. repetitive ingredients being used in multiple dishes, repetitive seasoning and boring flavor. feeds off the performance center crowd with mediocre food, lesser portion year over year, sad.

Great services.
Authentic flavor.
We tried calamari, risotto, and pasta, all were very good. Personally, I wish they can use just a bit less oil on my pasta, then it would've been excellent.
Need knives.
Not sure why there weren't any knives on the table... kind of hard to eat with just forks... and how do you cut up food (prawns)?
Didn't see any dessert menu.. hope they get one soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. The food was divine, and the vibe was upbeat, social, and entertaining.
We ordered a 9-course meal, and every dish was tasteful and creative. It must have taken the chef months or even a year to design and optimize all of them.
Keeping in mind that, under all these innovations and excellent platting designs, this is a french cuisine restaurant. Thus, all courses come with sauces, dressings, and palatable sides. This is not a place for you if you want your meat “pure” and without any seasonings but salt and pepper.
