中午應該有服務,明明有人在裡面還鎖門不接電話,如果不便處理應該接電話告知,等電梯明明看到有個人出來倒廚餘…有夠傻眼

感覺服務態度是看客人的等級和外貌決定的。 是怎麼樣?我穿個短褲T shirt 去就不想理我態度超差一進門警衛就很沒禮貌的說「你要幹嘛?」我:「不好意思我要匯外幣」接下來剁剁逼人「匯什麼外幣?」「匯到哪裡?」然後看到我後面一位慈濟的僧尼馬上改口「師父您好,請問師父今天有什麼事嗎?」。原來服務態度=身分地位? 另外我只想問,警衛大哥請問你是櫃員嗎?我要匯什麼錢你能幫我處理嗎?而且我要匯什麼這是我的隱私你直接幫我轉到服務台那就好不是嗎?然後我講完後才再轉到前台,結果前台又問了我同樣的問題第二次後才再請我到裡面坐。 最後幸好銀行的櫃檯很有禮貌解決了我的問題,不然你們這種態度我會直接在你們分行裡面直接打電話客訴。 大家禮拜六都要補班,你渣打上班不爽那我這個禮拜六也要補上班跑銀行的怎不想去呀!我開始懷疑是不是該把公司和家人在貴司開的帳戶和所有資金移到其它比較禮貌的分行了。
