某次去等了2個多小時，眼看下一個就是我了，這時櫃檯叫了一個800多號的（我都稱他們為ViP客戶），ViP沒看到人櫃檯就從新叫號，當我靠過去櫃檯時，ViP突然出現，櫃檯麥小姐也竟然先幫ViP承辦（哈囉！她過號了好嗎！？）到我時竟然和我說小姐要排隊???，是妳叫了我的號碼，插隊的也不是我。
渣打存款、還款服務也都很麻煩，連個小額存款非本人都要證件，還和我說了一堆個資法。（到底哪個詐騙集團會幫人家存款及還房貸的啦！我如果是領錢渣打跟我說要證件這個我就可以理解）
還有…客服不要再打電話來了好嗎！？叫我先生貸款不要還那麼快，就因為先生沒空去存房貸款只好太太代勞，所以…我想快點和渣打兩清。

Also... customer service stop calling, okay! ? Asked my husband not to repay the loan so quickly, because the husband has no time to deposit the loan and the wife has to do it for him, so...I want to settle with Standard Chartered as soon as possible.
