服務態度和效率差,每次都要等很久,叫號也很慢,更誇張的是每次繳費要看的證件都不同,很怪喔,看櫃員的心情吧!真的是公務員,還以為是公家銀行,哈哈。

第一次去我就覺得火大 警衛問說是你們公司要妳來辦理開戶的嗎 我說對 警衛問我什麼公司我有回答XXX公司 服務台的小姐說「沒聽過這家公司 」 我說「公司有給我統編可以查要給妳嗎」 跟我說「不用 」 然後我問說「那要不要通電話比較清楚」 小姐說 「不用 等一下辦理可以查」 那因為資料不足不能辦理 我覺得合理 我覺得很奇怪的是小姐後來問我公司離我們這邊比較近還是你們家比較近 我心裡就很問號想說有給妳看公司資料也有住址什麼的怎麼還問我這個?而且行員問這個問題要幹嘛? 後來我也是打電話給我公司的經理 櫃檯小姐說我跟他講好了 啊不是說不用講電話查就可以?最後還說什麼不好意思喔 目前沒辦法辦理 那個態度直接讓我怒火直接上來 反正就是1號服務台小姐啦 我還以為是我個性差 但是我看完大家的評論我就放心了 原來很多人跟我一樣! 這家服務態度真的很差 氣到絕對不會再去第二次

半顆星都不想給,櫃檯服務效率速度超慢,建議別跟這家渣打有任何往來。
