★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 申請信用卡, 已經附上薪資單和年度報稅資料, 上週接到渣打電話, 問我是不是本人申請, 因為有遇過當事人被冒名的情況, 經確認是本人申請, 渣打人員告知我我的財力算是不錯, 額度也不會太低, 過完年一兩天就可以通過, 沒想到剛剛又接到另一位渣打人員電話, 改變說法說要我簽署一份調閱我薪資的文件, 否則會駁回我的申請, 前後兩位在審查過程中的人員說法不一, 內部管理有問題, 造成客戶的感受很不好.
