因為線上或電話無法處理密碼問題（除非家裡備讀卡機）一定要到現場，連電話也是很耗時間，若沒必要不推薦開這間銀行的帳戶或提醒你換密碼的時候一定要抄勞，處理任何事都很慢，不過推銷優逸理財跟貸款的電話是滿積極的?
而且不懂比我晚來的先叫號是怎麼回事?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本看到評論覺得很擔心，當天先跑到台灣大道上的分行想辦開戶，那邊說他們只做貴賓的開戶，所以轉往最近的文心分行，到的時候剛好遇到午餐時間，但服務台的人員還是非常友善仔細的幫我開完戶，非常感謝他☺️
