★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made an appointment about a month ago. The appointment time is on PM 7:00, but until PM7:45 I haven't received any treatment at all. So, I decided to leave. (And they charged already, it's can't be refunded.) The staff member said I can make a appointment another time.
Question: is there anyone will make next appointment after receiving such a bad customer service?
Unless I won't.
BTW, it's because I had received a bad customer service at Guting branch before, therefore I decided give the company a second chance to come here. It shows the lack of employee training seriously. Hghly suggest thinking twice before you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even deserve a single star. Excepted our phone reservation for 3, without clearly explaining that only capable of serving one customer at a time for hydra facial. Instead of compensating our time and effort to go to them, they bombard us with endless sales BS. kept pushing us to sign up to their Line promotion account and to disclose our personal information. (that lady actually stared at my phone screen at all time...) Really unpleasant experience!!!
