★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 20+ minutes for coffee. The counter staff did say there would be a wait, but didn't specify it would be this long. If the wait is more than 10, 15, 20+ minutes, the staff should at least say that, not just it would be a wait. Would never wait 20 minutes for a coffee especially another Starbucks is less than 3 minutes away. Bad customer service.
