2/10晚間使用熊貓外帶自取服務,一位男店員的態度讓人感覺不太舒服,跟他表明我來領熊貓外帶自取的餐點,他愛理不理的態度就就請我旁邊等,我看著我的餐點做完,擺在旁邊一陣子,店員們有說有笑的工作著,直到那位店員來包裝,但包裝後直接擺在他們後方的工作台上,而不是來詢問我的單號是多少? 雖然店內現場等待的客人除了我僅有一位,我想可能店員們一時忘記,站在取餐檯前的我是要來領餐點的,故我再度說聲不好意思,並提醒我來拿熊貓外帶自取,我的取餐單號是0000號,該店員就說:「這裡有很多單號,有0000、0001、0002、0003、0004你的是哪張?」 我又再重複說了一次取餐單號0000,他轉頭查閱了一下,拿起其中我的那一包轉交給我,我下意識伸手領取餐點並禮貌性的說謝謝,但我謝謝兩個字都還沒說完,我才ㄧ拎到提袋把手,他轉頭就走。 (註:前述單號號碼為舉例,非實際取單號) 上述的購物過程,並非與我長期購買星巴克的經驗相似,一直以來都是金星級會員,也相信星巴克帶給顧客的是一定程度的購物感受與一定程度品質的產品。 不知道該店員,是對於熊貓外帶這部分的態度有所不同,還是對一般顧客也是如此? 期許這次經驗是偶發個案,而非系統性問題。
