★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had drip coffee here yesterday. We were looking forward to a nice cup of coffee after a long day, but were very disappointed. I think this must rate as the worst cup of coffee I have ever had. Neither of us could finish. The store is very small, the staff are overwhelmed and not able to clean up after customers, there were no utensils available, etc. Just an overall very bad experience. This location is in the Sogo department store on the lower level. If you are there, I would recommend going elsewhere for coffee.
