★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The same basic menu as any Starbucks and same quality.
As opposed to American Starbucks, they dont carry Thanksgiving flavors and all the thematic flavors, which is a let down but is ok for your regular coffee.
It can be a little pricey for Taiwan, but the prices are equivalent as those in America.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to kill time and sip on coffee. Not sure what's special about Starbucks coffee but its surely expensive. If you want good hot coffee in Hsinchu catering to American and European tastes, maybe this is your only option.
