On the phone, the male clerk said that I can pick it up directly at the appointed time (he said that he would help us record the order). On the afternoon of 4/16, I went to the counter, and I directly told the male clerk at the reception that I wanted to pick up the "black tea cake" I had reserved. Later, the family in charge of the reservation confirmed with the clerk on the phone, and only then realized that the clerk was unprofessional and unfamiliar with the product and made a mistake.
