★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員親切，用餐環境明亮寬敞，有停車場、購餐快速車道，不過可能太忙了，時常發生做錯飲料，發現錯誤沒有直接送顧客試喝，就直接倒掉，感覺有點可惜，應該可以順便推廣，搞不好會愛上這款不同口味的飲品。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有車道的星巴克就是方便，有時來都都發現這邊業務好像很多，這家星巴克設有停車場，停車位置不多，不過這樣已經是很棒的星巴克，還有摩托車的車位唷！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice roomy Starbucks in the Hanshin shopping center on floor B1F. They don't open early which is unfortunate if you are staying at the hotel and hoped for a morning coffee. They have an english/picture menu which was quite helpful for me as a traveller who can't speak Chinese.
