Others in Hualien are significantly faster, even if packed with people. Don’t know if this is due to the staff, or because of the UBEReats and Foodpandas, or whatever...but here it is just always annoyingly slow! edit 3 weeks later: I had to go back TWICE because they gave me the wrong drink TWICE. Really bad service quality!

Bit pricy place, but they do have a lot of souvenirs, a 100% tourism place.. Really liked the place, not a big coffee lover, had hot chocolate ? Bon appetite fellows Peace ✌
P	Philip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Starbucks... great location, nice staff, and nice sidewalk seating on the ground floor. During busy times there is only one toilet that men and women must share. I think many children wet their pants during busy times because their parents cannot get them to the one toilet in time, as the line can sometimes be 20 people waiting.
