★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff Jacky!! He’s a superstar made me again appreciate how Starbucks have developed so many attentive staffs! I’ve been craved for a delivery of “decaf” oat milk latte for two months, even tried to call and ask different Starbucks, include the customer service center to ask why isn’t there an option of “decaf” on UberEat. The answers were all “they’ll take it into consideration”.. Until I give it another try to call Da Tong store yesterday. Jacky understands my need immediately on the call and is very positive to agree to make my drink a Decaf although it’s not selectable on UberEat! A real helpful and professional star that reminds me how wonderful Starbucks was!
