點了一杯買一送一的飲料，竟然需要等到10幾分鐘（當時前面只有一位客人在等而已）
總共三位服務人員，只有一位在製備飲料，其他兩位在櫃檯教怎麼換發票，後來客人越來越多，也沒有想要去後面幫忙先製作飲料，反而讓客人慢慢等
不明白為什麼不先讓客人拿到飲料後，沒有客人再慢慢教換發票
疫情期間慢慢來讓一大堆人擠在很小的店裡，整間很悶，
 The store is small
I ordered a buy-one-get-one-free drink, but I had to wait for 10 minutes (there was only one customer waiting in front of me)
A total of three service staff, only one was preparing drinks, and the other two taught at the counter how to change the invoice. Later, there were more and more customers, and they didn't want to go to the back to help make drinks first, but let the customers wait slowly.
I don't understand why I don't let the guests get the drinks first, and then slowly teach them to change the invoice when there are no guests.
During the epidemic, a large number of people were crowded into a small store, and the whole room was very stuffy.
