★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often go to this Starbucks and have never had any issues in the past. Today, I went in to order a drink and it was a little busy. There were about four people in line ahead of me, and four behind me. I paid for my order and went to wait for it. I stood there and watched people who came in after me (one person with 4 drinks) get their drinks. Finally, I asked the barista why I hadn't gotten my drink yet. As it turned out, my cup was never put into the line, so if I hadn't said anything, I would have had to wait for ALL the drinks to go through only to find this out.
