★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Line backed up to the door and some of the employees are just standing around chatting at the end of the bar while the others try to handle all the people. 20 minutes and still waiting for coffee. 2 stars instead of 1 because the girls who are actually working are doing their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this coffee shop. They speak English excellently and make good suggestions when you can't make up your mind. This place is always crowded because the staff is friendly and nice. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The store is clean and the tables are always bussed quickly when patrons leave. We love this coffee shop, even if it is Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a Starbucks fan, you will enjoy this location. Their seating is quite plentiful for its urban location. The decaffeinated coffee that I had last Sunday was extremely smooth and the accompanying cinnamon bun was very tasty. A great place to have a few minutes of peace and quiet or meet a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer in this branch since my house is just upstairs i found some of the employees aren't very kind to the customers.
maybe they don't like to explain in detail,
since i don't know how to read Chinese, sometimes it's difficult for me to order a drink, i would understand if there are many customers but there were only one person behind me.
I wish the Starbucks will improve on this.
