★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a long line and one of their employees was taking advance orders from customers within the line... Well, all Taiwanese customers. Being the only foreigner in line I was skipped in a super obvious way. Not going there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ready for long lines. Customer service was not friendly and rushed. I kindly asked what teas they have iced, and she said black tea. I had to keep asking before she gave me a list of iced teas available. She could've easily listed them for me the first time I asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a typical Starbucks in a public transportation station. Most of time, there are full of people. Here is a laptop friendly café, just like other Starbucks, providing free wifi and power outlet. It would be a good place to stay while waiting for the next train or bus or someone who suppose to pick you up but being late.
