★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of seats available, bigger than another unit close by, though on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays it's a quite hard to have free seats.
Macha tea latte is my favourite hot drink !

Positives:
~It's a big space, so there is plenty of space for hanging out
~ The customer service is good
Negatives:
~You can't get on the WiFi unless you have a Taiwan number or a long distance phone plan
~ I asked them for other types of sweeteners, I may have not been clear as to what I wanted, but the only other sweetener that they provided to me was brown sugar
~They only have soy milk as an alternative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 10mins for a Cold Brew when it’s not even busy. When the other cashier was free from customer he didn’t even come over to help make the drinks. Instead he looked at his mobile phone. When the product was finally served the server didn’t even apologize for the long wait. I think corporate need to re-train the staff.
