Service: We had three people only, and every single dish they brought to us was delivered to the wrong person, they simply put the dishes randomly on the table and didn’t even ask a thing. We complained to the manager yet nothing was offered and still had to pay service fee.
Food: We had set menu at around 1900 per person, I have this six ounce steak which was good, but I wasn’t wowed by it. Not worth the value. Soup, salad, dessert were great, juice was tiny and not acceptable.
Environment: Pretty crowded, you don’t feel you can enjoy the meal as the tables are so close you constantly overhear ten tables near you.
I had much better steak experience at 王品 for this price. I do not recommend this at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant with sophisticated environment and good service. All dishes taste above average (almost the same level as they moved before). Just feel that the skill of roast could be improved which make the steak not losing the original flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurd minimum rule makes this pricey local steak restaurant not worth going. Each person must order including small children. For example, we ordered for 4 adults and had a bill of just under 10000 NTD before service charges. We had a child as our 5th guest. The waiter insisted that the child orders a 500NTD item by himself despite the table averaging almost 2000 among the adults. He said it's in the fine print on the menu - saying you should've read the menu BEFORE going to this mediocre restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The servers were extremely nice. The food was great, but the special taste of the escargots was amplified. If you happen to hate escargots that taste super escargot ? don't order it! The steak was super nicely done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice decor, seats crowded together. Around $600 lunch special, I think it is acceptable. Didn't order any steak dishes, but the fish, shrimps and chicken were all a bit above average. Though the service was okay, what I didn't like was the service staff was very quick in taking our "finished" plates away, tooooo quick, felt very rushed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been several times to visit here! A bit vintage and simple style steak house but it’s still delicious! The ingredients no matter steaks or seafoods are fresh and remain good quality. We had a great dinner time. Looking forward to seeing their new brunch soon. Close to Dunhua MRT station, you can also park nearby. Very convenient ;)
