They told me that I should come back after their “big” sales day of iPhone 13. I purchase my iPhone 12 here February 2021. The back camera broke in 7 months. No services provided after my phone is fixed. Even they charged nothing on fixing the phone, the bad experience remains. (I am a local, been in the area forever).

Had to come back the next day, spend an hour of my time and pay more money for a cheaper protector. If I would have known that the case was incompatible (which the staff knew), I would have opted for a different case. It was a very frustrating experience.
