先前聯繫的兩位人員都很有耐心很nice 結果今天5/12 12:00很不幸的要執行手機重置遇到了一位比較胖男生 很沒耐心 講話很不客氣 也不協助客人的問題 就想隨便打發 重置了手機還不幫忙復原 就說好了就趕人走了 事後查了網路資料關於怎麼回覆iCloud 備份 上面是說明若已經設定裝置,您必須先清除裝置的所有內容,才能使用以下步驟從備份回復。 相當於這位服務人員沒有恢復備份就已經設定裝置了,那我們要恢復備份不還是得自己再清除所有內容??? 做事情做一半讓客人非常困擾,重點是態度還很差!

提醒:來維修中心維修或檢測一定要先預約!! ——故事開始—— 原本手機(iphone12)在新光的istore送回原廠維修後置鏡頭,等了超久兩個禮拜,送回來雖然修好了,但前置鏡頭超多灰塵點(約四個肉眼可見的明顯灰塵),心都涼了,覺得怎麼蘋果原廠的維修這麼誇張,原本還很猶豫到底要不要再送一次,但要等那麼久真的很煩躁,加上不知道再修一次會不會有其他問題 這時候我直接聯絡了apple官網的客服,真的要大大推薦,客服雖然是像messenger 一樣用傳訊息的方式聯絡,但回覆的態度很好,速度也很快,客觀的分析我的手機狀況後建議我,直接到他們授權的維修中心,還很貼心的把我所在縣市的門市都貼給我,他有提醒我要預約,但我沒想那麼多就直接出門了 到現場的時候抽號碼牌,但因為我是現場叫號,有預約的人就算比我晚來還是可以優先我去諮詢,真正輪到我的時候已經等了45分鐘,真的很後悔怎麼沒先預約 服務人員很仔細的確認我的保固時間(要來之前也要先確認好,避免造成他們的困擾,我送修這天剛好是保固最後一天,所以一定要今天來) 我把我的情況告訴他後說手機先留下來檢測,如果他們這邊可以修好應該今天就可以完成了,如果不行會再聯絡我後續會怎麼解決 結果約四個小時後我就收到簡訊說修好了!!!動作真的超快!!!比起送回去原廠要等兩個禮拜,這裡雖然是授權維修但一樣算原廠的服務,效率又快,真的很謝謝蘋果的客服有給我這個建議,也謝謝維修門市的人! 只是當天走的太急了沒有好好幫這裡的環境拍照,但我有到隔壁隔壁的門市貼保護貼(而且送維修回來保護貼只要290),真的很謝謝你們的服務讓我的手機一波三折後又可以平安的回到我身邊

They were great! the man who took my case was very kind and patient despite my limited Chinese skills, and could speak English, they also had my mac ready much much sooner than expected!!! which was a life saver, also it looked clean and new, and all my data was intact. I'm very happy and totally recommend them, whenever I need repairs again I will be coming back!
