另外想給個小小建議，因為現在有人數入場限制需要排隊，建議可以指派一位人員偶爾問一下在排隊的人購買需求，有些人(像我)可能會想先詢問有沒有現貨~

一位短髮女店員也是直接幫他結帳，無視正在排隊的客人，無視下一位結帳的我！還要求我先稍後，她要先幫那位客人結帳！
打去客服反應，等了兩天也沒有任何回覆
來看看這家店評論，發現店家也都只是複製貼上的回覆
有夠敷衍！

說是排隊制結帳,但是有人直接到櫃台有店員也是直接處理業務,無視正在排隊的客人。
但是有一說一,結帳時店員態度良好。這個很棒。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舊機回收說要自行操作機器，一般消費者根本不會，結果服務人員也一直失敗，來來回回又常常找不到人，幾乎是被放生，態度也非常差，一副隨便你，不會用就請離開的態度
我知道與信義旗艦店無法相比，但光回收制度就完全不同
旗艦能夠有金額商品卡無期限，貴間只有折現（但限一卡通）或是當場換產品⋯⋯
一顆星都不想給！

Studio A 網站明明有舊換新活動，今天帶著舊手機到這間店表示要換購 iPad Pro 12.9” 256GB，前後換了三店員都是看了一下子就離開，完全沒辦法處理換購流程，我要買的東西也沒有比其他客人便宜，一直走掉是什麼意思？我直接去 iStore 換購就好，省得看這差勁的態度。
跟我之前在 Taipei 101 Apple iStore 換購的一站式服務體驗完全是天壤之別。
The service attitude of the staff in this Studio A is really bad!
The Studio A website clearly has an old-for-new activity. Today, I brought my old mobile phone to this store and said that I want to exchange for an iPad Pro 12.9” 256GB. The things I want to buy are not cheaper than other customers. What does it mean to keep walking away? I just go to the iStore to exchange them, so I don't have to look at this bad attitude.
It is completely different from the one-stop service experience I used to redeem at the Apple iStore in Taipei 101.
