蘇東隧道位於綺麗商旅停車場旁，早期是鐵路貨運支線，後來貨運停擺、鐵軌被拆除，隧道逐漸荒廢，近期經過蘇澳鎮公所重新整理，將隧道改建成自行車驛站
蘇東隧道全長約68公尺，蘇澳鎮公所在隧道內打造一處休息平台，讓旅客可以休息；隧道內有海底世界3D彩繪牆，以海底生態為發想，呈現蘇澳漁業特產，鯖魚、旗魚、豆腐鯊等，每天上午9點至晚上9點，每半小時會有光影投射10分鐘。

The Sudong Tunnel is about 68 meters long. The Suao Township Office has built a rest platform in the tunnel for passengers to rest. There is a 3D painted wall of the underwater world in the tunnel. Taking the submarine ecology as the inspiration, it presents the specialties of Suao fishery, mackerel and mackerel. Fish, sailfish, tofu shark, etc., from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm every day, there will be light and shadow projection for 10 minutes every half hour.
