一直以來都是吃滿滿地瓜籤+蝦子然後拌少少麵粉糊。或是蝦子最後放在上面一起炸。下鍋不再另外壓扁扁
這家是少少碎地瓜籤拌多多麵粉糊上面+一坨蝦子。然後下鍋壓扁扁炸(其實就是吃炸鹹甜的薄餅上面有蝦子)
可能等的人太多。排隊也太長。所以老闆娘的火開超大想快點炸炸消化排隊人潮。在排隊時就會一直聞到濃濃燒焦味。收到的蝦餅跟春捲也是會有焦掉的部份
(希望老闆娘可以火開小點。把蝦餅品質顧好)
大概傍晚就只剩炸蝦餅跟春捲這種炸炸快快起鍋的食物(宜蘭還很多家炸蝦餅。大家可以試試)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次吃,還蠻特別的!地瓜加蝦米,鹹甜鹹甜的!排隊的人很多,要先拿號碼牌,下次可以吃吃看對面的蝦餅試試。
