建議體力不好的到這裡即可返回，以我走到公園單程一小時...
Going up from Cold Spring Park is all about climbing stairs. My physical strength is not very good. It takes about 1 hour to watch the sea at Six Stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從蘇澳冷泉旁的七星嶺步道入口上登，這裡是有完善階梯的終點，再往上去星嶺公園路面是大小不等的碎石泥土路，不太好走。
這裡可以很好的觀海，南方澳北方澳港口盡收眼底。

Climb up from the entrance of Qixingling Trail next to Suao Cold Spring. This is the end of the perfect staircase. The road to Xingling Park is a gravel dirt road of different sizes, which is not very easy to walk.
Here you can have a good view of the sea, and the port of Nanfang Australia and Northern Australia has a panoramic view.
