★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service.... 11am and still baking breads.... ridiculous. Whomever the owner or manager is needs to get a grip and care about the business. I'd release whomever is in charge and replace them as they couldn't organise a thing. Shocking and really really unprofessional.
May 30th UPDATE: UNPROFESSIONAL, CANNOT EVEN KEEP STOCK LEVELS FOR ADVERTISED SANDWICHES. TYPICAL OF THIS USELESS SUBWAY OUTLET IN SANXIA. FRANCHISEE NEEDS TO GET A GRIP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older ladies here are superb, but some of the younger ladies are very rude and will show you the dirtiest looks ever. No idea why. I've seen cockroaches and pointed them out. They ignored me. I'd rather they didn't fall into the food.
