Never easy to take-out from this location, if one is driving, which is always annoying. Friendly staff, clean facilities, reliable food.

The drink machine has been broken for 6 months and the owner refuses to fix it. Drinks are served unfrigerated, no ice, and the leaking machine supports an active colony of fruit flies and mold. I doubt it would pass any government sanitation inspection.
The staff are nice. It's too bad that neither the franchisee or Subway care about this place.

I ordered a 6 inch sub for my child, and they immediately ring me up, because obviously I don't need dinner myself.
Their loss of business, right? Nope. I used Apple pay, and the same staff that couldn't ask me if I wanted more, (not even in Mandarin,) then tells me I it didn't work.
Fine, that happens sometimes, I peel out a 500, sit down to watch kiddo eat while my stomach grumbles. I pull out my phone to uber something at the apartment, and there's the charge from subway, identical to the cash charged.
So I call it the 1 for 2 special.
Or the "$10 1/2 Foot Long". Whatever.
They could not see that I had paid twice. I lacked the patience, they lacked the English
The food is fine (when they take your order), the place is clean, and they work hard, but this visit was spectacularly disappointing.
