劉醫師以及診所的每位工作人員都很有耐心,從櫃檯接待到協助驗光的助理都很親切.醫師也能很清楚地解說孩子眼睛的狀況以及建議做法,而且讓人很自在不會有壓力.這次是第二次帶孩子回診了,整個過程跟第一次一樣讓人很放心很滿意.我兩次都是在平日的晚上六七點去的,等待時間都很短,大約10~15分鐘而已,推薦給有孩子的父母.

非常爛!設備老舊!晚上6點開門營業,但櫃台護士直接邊吃便當邊說:「醫生都是會遲喔!因為他家住很遠」~~~連守時都做不到~講什麼醫德和誠信!!

上次約看診 幫我預約於今日晚上八點來複診掛號 等到現在八點半了 原本按順序11號輪到我 給我跳到12號? 當下我產生疑問還要我等 讓下一位先進去看診 事後黃醫生態度很差 先掛在嘴上說著他們病歷順序排錯 然後說這已經是沒辦法的事 還扯說之前也排錯其他病人的病歷造成順序錯誤 那些人也沒說什麼 然後他才說那不然他跟我道歉 還說事後我如要評論 要特別註明他們有道歉 總之就一直鬼打牆這套說辭 也沒有真的三字對不起 我已經因為這種差勁診所的作業 說我不看了 也僅只退我掛號費200 完全沒有其他任何的補償 這種事可大可小 我相信排錯病歷這種事在一般診所不算少見 但貴診所的態度跟說法真是讓我服氣 小診所很多 什麼人都有 今天不是我刻意要刁難貴診所 是你們第一時間跟當下的態度、說法,讓我很不舒服,逼我要維護自己的權益去與你們據理力爭,今天一個醫學單位不能幫助病人,還製造麻煩,那就是讓人病上加病了!
