今天去取餐,收銀的小姐惡意壓單外送平台的餐點,只顧現場客,一直不把單給後面的出餐,非常惡劣 平台在等餐的客人跟司機都不是人嗎?

今天去取平台餐點,拖餐了又不老實,那張單剛好是我老婆要去對面的鴻金寶上廁所,我在等她中的單,我都等到我老婆出來了,才去領餐點,小姐居然說剛進單,我不是熊貓耶,怎麼可能,而且我都等好久才走進去領了,跟本就你們自己現作現場客的不然就是跟另外一張單順序弄錯了,你們拖餐不是第一次了,已經慢給了一聲不好意思都沒有,還找一個根本不可能的理由

其中一顆星給只有2人卻要跑設計給3人以上使用的SOP的服務人員 在中午十二點用餐時段只有2人上班,服務人員顯然無法兼顧外送/外帶與內用,做一邊完全忽略另一邊。進店先被晾個15分鐘,即使按鈴了也得等唯一的外場做完外送單才有辦法理你。而外場服務人員也"因為太忙"(服務人員自述)無法知道你和其他組客人誰先按了鈴,因此很自然的會先去幫後按的人點餐。都搞成這樣了,服務人員的態度和服務品質也不期待能有多好,事實上也真的是很差。整個過程只能說荒腔走板。
