★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員是要睡了嗎？說話像念經，語氣有氣無力的，聽了很倒胃口。不是說應該要多朝氣勃勃，但至少對待客人應該有正常服務業精神語跟態度吧，只能說老闆請到這種員工也是倒霉！而且人手明顯不足，疫情已經稍有緩和了，請再增加員工好嗎？不然客人應該會被死氣沈沈的員工給嚇跑了！
今天的牛丼飯很乾，空心菜沒加鹽，很像吃草根，食物味道跟剛開幕時的味道完全不同，不會再訪。

才剛走進去還沒看菜單，就大聲喊“內用還外帶”（是「喊」，不是「問」）
而且結帳講了兩次發票存載具、條碼也跟錢一起放桌上還是印出來，只回我說“我忘記了”；
我問說“不能重新補打嗎？”
（我後面沒有別的客人在排隊，如果人多我通常都會算了）
店員直接把紙本發票塞給我，沒有要理的意思，而且一點也抱歉樣子都沒有
//忘記的原因是因為一邊聊天一邊幫客人點餐吧，心不在焉，這麼愛聊天幹嘛站櫃檯？（是個高瘦戴眼鏡的男生）
以後我寧願騎到松山去買，也不會再來這裡了，何必每次都買一肚子氣回家！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是我吃過多間SUKIYA最糟糕的經驗。流程都跟之前吃過的不一樣，要自己去櫃檯點餐，人手不夠就算了，桌上也沒清潔乾淨，茶水跟餐一起上，餐點還送錯。然後茶水已經倒好放在櫃檯一陣子，我拿的底部還不知道掉了什麼灰塵皮屑進去，底部的白白的。桌上七味粉還直接見底⋯沒什麼客人還看起來很忙的店員，態度就⋯跟下面的評論一樣，深深體會下面評論的心情。整個就讓人懷疑到底是不是SUKIYA......以後想吃SUKIYA還是去別家吃，吃之前要先看評價才不會踩雷，沒有想到品質差這麼多。第一次吃這家可以吃的這麼不開心。還不如去旁邊夜市吃路邊攤還比較親切。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年02月 以前牛丼剛流行的時候，我都是吃吉X家，現在有別的選擇之後，我就愛吃すき家了，因為特別，不會在侷限口味沒什麼特別的變化，而すき家口味多種，我也不是常常在吃，但久久吃一次一直覺得很好吃。而且我發現すき家的分店數量比吉X家要來的多，連汐止都看的到すき家，而吉X家要在大賣場的地方才看的到，這倒是すき家的優勢之一。すき家到處展店，讓台灣人不用到日本就可以享用日本美食。我已前在在日本吃過すき家，但我覺得台灣的すき家也不輸日本的すき家。
