★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區管委會認真. 有三溫暖, 游泳池, 健身房, .....社區前有UBIKE, 公車站, 早餐店有三四間, 全家, 7-11, 炸雞店, 自助洗衣店. 將來三鶯線完工, 捷運到家. 也許生活機能會更好.
The community management committee is serious. There are three warmth, swimming pool, gym, ..... in front of the community there are UBIKE, bus stop, breakfast shop has three or four rooms, the whole family, 7-11, fried chicken shop, laundromat. The line is completed, the MRT arrives home. Maybe life function will be better.

但適合退休民眾居住
里長用心照顧環境
但家中有小孩的別來買
因為中庭只給散步，不準騎腳踏車
要騎，會叫你去旁邊的公園騎
旁邊有頂新公園佔地大，還有溜滑梯，羽球場，藍球場
但你不會想讓小朋友在那玩耍及騎腳踏車
有野狗，蛇，及曾經有人上吊，晚上還有本土8+9
但還是個好社區，畢竟990户，能讓你看盡大社區的無奈
☆☆☆要注意小朋友在中庭騎腳踏車會被陌生人攔車，強迫你家小朋友下車，不然他不肯放手。
