The salesman was agressive, did not speak any english, and forgot to give us back our passeport (we had to go back from taipei to get it). They knew which hotel we were in but they didn't bother to try to contact us to give back our passeport.... not professional at all
B	B. v.d. Wel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T RENT A BIKE HERE!!! The bikes we rented broke down, but when we called the shop they told us they couldn’t help. We had to get back by boat, where we were charged double because we took the bikes. Back at the shop the boss refused to refund the money for the bikes and boat, started yelling and threatened to sue us. At the end of the day we had payed for the bikes and the boat but didn’t enjoy the bike ride at all. Please don’t go here, there are way better bikeshops in this town
K	Karel van der Wel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTAL SCAM! We paid 600 NTD for two bikes, wich were in a bad condition. One bike broke down after 15km. We called the owner, but he refused to help us because we were 'too far away', he told us to buy a boat ticket and come back. We had to pay another 500 NTD for the boat to get back to the store. The owner refused however to refund (part of) the money we paid for the bikes and boat. He became very aggressive and even threatened to sue us. Overall very bad experience, I would recommend visiting one of the many other bike shops.

It was the first time for me to ride a moped and the staff patiently explained the workings of this bike. It takes about an hour to complete a lap around the lake and the gas was 30 ntd
