★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一點發的車，等到一點半都沒看到。問服務台說因為今天才改班表所以司機忘記了，現在趕快開過來。到這邊都還好。過了大概十幾分鐘一台沒有標路線的客運停靠，因為不確定是不是我們要搭的路線就跟司機確認了一下”請問是遊湖巴士嗎？“，司機聽到後直接臭臉加不耐煩回答”快點上車！”
個人覺得服務有待加強，謝謝。
I didn't see the car that started at one o'clock until one and a half. Asked the service desk that the driver had forgotten because the schedule was changed only today, so he should drive over now. It's okay to this side. After about ten minutes, a passenger transport without a standard route stopped. Because I was not sure if it was the route we were going to take, I checked with the driver "Is it a lake tour bus?", the driver directly stinks and becomes impatient when he hears it. Answer "Hurry up and get in the car!"
Personally feel that the service needs to be strengthened, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is for bus stop from Taichung or go to Taichung, In the store 7-Eleven, they have information station for all about Sun Moon Lake and ask about shuttle bus for hotel help you to call for pick up, they are very friendly and helpful
