★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful time at this hotel. We booked our room on the way to Sun Moon Lake and they had a mountain view room in their new building. When getting there, we had some difficulty with the new room - WiFi, power, ect. Though the room was beautiful, we asked if we could switch to their main building. Not only did they make the switch painless, they added in some extras for our trouble. During our entire stay, we were greeted with laughter and smiles. The staff was so friendly! I would recommend staying here while at Sun Moon Lake as you'll be right in the heart of everything that goes on! Thank you so much for such a wonderful time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Our room had a huge window looking right over Sun Moon Lake. There was complimentary breakfast-I liked it but definitely Chinese. My husband liked the toast though ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is located right near the pier which is very convenient. We were treated well right from the first moment we walked through the door, it has a very warm and inviting feeling.
Room was very clean and comfortable, styling was very nice. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone else to stay there.
